Racing Fees

Because LERCS is a club we have been able to keep our prices down as you can see by the table below. Also to try to help families that are racing you pay regular price for first adult and youth, any more youth's are $5.00. Your racing entry fee goes to pay for rent for the building we are in and other track equipment that is used. These prices are for regular club race nights only and not for special events. Also don't forget that if you buy your new RC vehicle at Leading Edge Hobbies your first 4 races are free. This is for your first RC vehicle and not for any additional class of vehicles you may get.

Another way to try to help reduce the cost of your racing is in the summer when we are racing outside, is to participate in the work to build the track. The track needs to be built each week that we race at Canadian Tire. We are looking for people that can show up between 4:30 to 4:45 and get the track building going. This involves laying out the plastic pipes, setting up the electronics, setting up fencing and spraying down the track. The first 10 people that arrive to get this started and do the work get $5.00 off their race night. If you arrive after this, please lend a hand in the track building as many hands make light work. The sooner the track is completed the sooner we can get on it and practice and get racing. The track building process takes aproximattley 30 to 40 minutes, the more people that help, the less time that it takes.
